Activities of rural power grid scale transformation and create standardization service window by power supply enterprise are carried out in recent years, more and more works like kinds of books, charts, data information need to deal by the business hall of power supply. How to raise the working efficiency, to enhance the management level of enterprises, Reduce cost effectively is the important topic stand on agricultural production management. To introduction of scientific management information system, that’s necessary to implements of power production management modernization. Integration services resources optimize business processes; promote agricultural production management innovation with information technology. The establishment agricultural power production management system of Weifang city, implementation of security production management, implementation of quick production analysis for power system of Weifang, implementation of municipal and county power supply company closely collaboration, to increase control for the safety production index of the power.This article uses the UML standard modeling language to descript the design and implementation process of agricultural power production management system of Weifang City. This article firstly described the background and the main technology used in system development, secondly, summarize the system requirements based on the demand of research, use of UML use case to analysis and carried out on the system use case analysis, describe the system non-functional requirements; Introduces the system design principle, system architecture, function structure and the deployable structure, to describe a section of the system function design using the static model and dynamic timing chart. To describe the system data model using E_R diagram, Introduces the system of the database table structure design; Display partly to realize the function and realization of the code of the system, describes the system function realization process by the activity diagram, and give a summary for the tasks mentioned in this article. The system uses B/S structure mode, J2EE development technology, HTML, AJAX, XML technology, Using the popular SSH (Struts+Spring+Hibernate) framework, SQL Server2005as database server, to realize of power system production management, security management, daily management and system management of four functional modules, realize the line account management, equipment defect management, material acquisition management, equipment operation and maintenance management, equipment management, basic data query and management of equipment integrated wiring diagram, implement of the work ticket, operation ticket management, power cut plan to declare, outage application management and security tools management, to realize the power supply safety activities record, power log management and personnel management, implementation of user permissions, user password changes, the database carry and restore functions, provide an electronic platform for rural power management of safety production for Weifang city.The city agricultural power production management system construction for accounting of equipment, equipment operation, two ticket (job ticket, ticket) management, safety supervision and so on to automate the process for basic business of Safety production management, make business process standardization, management of electronic and information transmission, to automate the process safety for production, to further enhance the level of safety management for rural power, it has important significance for security production and construction development.
