With the advent of the “Industry 4.0” and “Made in China 2025”,building materials and equipment enterprises are faced with more challenges.How to further increase the enterprise's production efficiency,lower the cost of manpower and material resources,and improve the level of enterprise informatization is an urgent issue to be solved by building materials and equipment enterprises.Production scheduling refers to the work of an enterprise to accomplish the production plan under the condition of the existing resource,which is the key to affect production of entire enterprise.Production scheduling,as an important means for an enterprise to optimize the layout of resources,can make an optimal production plan according to different market demands.Therefore,a reasonable scheduling schemes is of great significance for improving market competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis mainly studies production scheduling from the following several aspects on the background of building materials and equipment enterprises:(1)Explains the current situation and development trend of building materials and equipment enterprises under the new situation,analyzes its production scheduling process,and points out the problems existing in the process of production scheduling of case enterprises: production scheduling is difficult to monitor in time,production scheduling fails to take equipment degradation,preventive maintenance and other factors into account,maintenance costs are very high.In terms of above problems,this thesis starts from the perspective of equipment dependability and equipment maintenance,comprehensively considers the production scheduling program,and offers corresponding improvement suggestions.(2)Based on the actual problems in the production scheduling of building materials and equipment enterprises,a production scheduling model which considers equipment degradation and preventive maintenance,with the purpose of minimizing the total completion time and lowering various cost is constructed.This model which is based on equipment dependability and equipment maintenance puts forward the concept of reliability intervals as the control factor for maintenance scheduling.Meanwhile,it adopts the preventive maintenance method based on apparatus with service years,and combines scheduling with preventive maintenance to make scheduling schemes.(3)Aiming at the production scheduling model,based on the analysis of the characteristics of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm,combined with the characteristics of the production scheduling model,a hybrid genetic algorithm which synthesizes genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm is adopted.The algorithm avoids the defects of any individual algorithm and effectively increases efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm.For the combined model of scheduling and maintenance,Three-tier gene encoding scheme based on equipment,process and maintenance and modified chromosome initialize method are adopted and different crossover and mutation methods are designed according to the characteristics of each layer of coding,which improves the efficiency of the algorithm.Finally,by comparing the scheduling model with other scheduling models in this thesis,the effectiveness and practicability of this model are verified.(4)Combining the production scheduling process and actual demand of building materials and equipment enterprises,information management system of building materials and equipment enterprises is developed and designed.The information system covers all the production processes of the enterprise,realizes the module function of all departments,provides the enterprise managers with accurate information proof,and improves the work efficiency of enterprise staffs.
