This paper first introduced the "Dongguan second the research background of ordinary employees personnel management system", the problems to be solved are outlined, discusses the significance and importance of the project research, expounded the method of system development system structure analysis, UML modeling technology, database technology and related technology.This paper presents the system design objectives, namely, through to the Dongguan second the ordinary member appointed analysis of personnel management, this paper carried out a detailed needs analysis to the system, including business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non functional requirements, business process diagram, use case diagram and class diagram gives the concept of system, for each major cases of the use case description. In the system design, system design and module design, functional module design of the personnel management system, including the functions of personnel management, recruitment management, training management, attendance management, salary management, performance appraisal, system management module design structure, class diagram, sequence diagram and flow chart, detailed the content of design, and the detailed design of the use of entity class diagram, E-R diagram and database table structure.
