Design And Implementation Of The Procurement Management System In Materials Management Based On SAP

This paper is about the ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) of a steel company, Judging from the new requirement of the material management and the problems resulted in running process of this company's original material management system,this paper tells us how to optimize the designing of the existing material management system and how to realize the upgrade of the system from the following two aspects of programming and business transaction. This paper introduces the background and significant of this item, summarizes ERP's development history, advantages, and some of the knowledge related to material management, describes the general scheme designing and system main function of the company's ERP. Begin with this company's ERP general situation and material management's present status, the paper tells the works which had been done for the original material management system, analyzes in great detail on the problems which needed to be definitely resolved in operation flow, system function, data flow, exploitation platform and so on. According to the requirement of management and control in transaction process, the system's transaction flow as well as methods of program design is optimized, then optimized system's detailed design and specific implementation steps are provided. This paper mostly dissertates on Purchasing plan management, Goods stocked management and Goods extracted management's elaborate design and specific implementation steps of restriction control. In the Material purchased plan management, by calling the existing templates such as material demanding plan registering, appended plan registering, purchasing plan creating and adjusting, the program code about multi-form operation and data statistic is rewritten, so the above work can be automatically finished while storing the data and forms into database server by the system instead of the client terminal. In addition, the templates of"workshop Material demanding forecast"and"Plan implementation evaluation"management control is added, which can indicate the workshop's demanding plan and analyze the workshop's real consumption, as an assessing criterion to workshop. In the goods stocked management, goods are stocked according to the monthly purchasing plan; the function of the authorization operation about the access purchases beyond the plan is added. In the goods extracted management, according to the assumption records, the operation about taking goods out of storage are restricted by the system, so that the manual work mistakes are greatly reduced. Regarding to the goods extracted management in non-production area, control function is realized in the flow of application, auditing, approving, sending and affirmation. By now the optimized system is running in a good condition. It enhanced the work efficiency and management level.
