This thesis mainly introduces the features, framework and function of a managing system of network course based on social constructivism theory. With the literature research method and case analysis method, the thesis demonstrates the research status of Moodle in China and its installation and usage in an environment of Windows. Through analysis, this research compares the function of Moodle with that of other network platforms,and summerizes the merits of Moodle in teaching. The thesis also illustrates the relationships among Moodle, social constructivism theory, learning environment design theory, user design theory, interactive theory and Post-Modern perspective on Curriculum, and then studies on curriculum teaching design in the means of open source code network platform'Moodle'.Based on being familiar with the installation of Moodle and the framework of Moodle course, this research puts user design theory into the curriculum teaching design of Moodle. The research takes Modern Educational Technology, a compulsory course for college students majorjing in teaching in Jiangxi Normal University as an instance, and then designs curriculum teaching. The main contents of this research are to analyze and use Moodle to design teaching of the curriculum of Modern Educational Technology, and to investigate the organizing and managing of curriculum resources, the design of teaching activities and evaluation of the curriculum in Moodle.Through the example of Moodle teaching design, the research is expected to provide an approach, combining the user design's ideas to study the course teaching of Moodle. The research also tries to change teachers'designing ideas and turn from traditional teaching design to user design by making use of Moodle (a network teaching platform for teaching design). It fully shows personalizing development and self-design and emphasizes subjectivity of teaching in teaching desig process. In the process of study, students can adopt Moodle to share resources, construct information platforms and promote collaborative study.
