Design And Realization Of Fushun Mining Group Office Assets Management System

The emergence of computers and networks has brought great convenience to ourwork and life. This paperintroduces in detail the specific design and implementation process of Fushun MiningGroup office asset management system.Through investigation and analysis, the system including seven major functionalmodules, which are material requisition note management, procurement management,stock logging management, delivery order management, stock adjustment, statisticsmanagement, system maintenance management and stock alarm check etc. Itbasically covers all business areas of routine office asset management. Materialrequisition note management module is mainly to achieve material requisition notelogging and checking function; procurement management module is mainly toachieve procurement logging, checking and printing function; stock loggingmanagement module is mainly to achieve stock logging checking and printingfunction; delivery order management module is mainly to achieve delivery order logging, checking and printing function; stock adjustment module is mainly toachieve stock adjustment and checking function; statistics management module ismainly to achieve the statistics for delivery order and stock; system maintenancemanagement module is mainly to achieve material, personnel, diposition and systemuser maintenance; stock alarm check module is mainly to achieve the alarm andchecking function of less materials.The system has Intranet structure, applying B/S system architecture and largecentralized application mode, which makes asset management distribute morereasonable and efficient. Because of the use of Web technique, the request to theclient is reduced, as long as personnel can operate at any intranet computer withbrowser, this make the configuration and operation more simple and convenient.We have application testing when the system designed and implemented. Theresults show that the system is safe, reliable, stable operation, basically meet theneeds of office asset management. The system is so easy, intuitive, interactive thateffectively improves the efficiency of office and manage staff.
