Research Of Office Automation Software System On Java EE

With the development of times,paperless off-ice drawn people's attention.More and more companies have begun to use automated office systems(OA)to replace traditional paper document management.The development of automated office systems is synchronized with the development of the entire era.With the evolution and evolution of information and knowledge,today's office systems have developed into a third-generation automated office system with knowledge as the main content.At the same time,the emphasis on security has become more and more important.This paper is based on the current needs of the times and refers to a large number of recent research and early high citations.It combines with the actual needs of the current enterprise to build a new universal and easy-to-use automated office system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Upgrade traditional software system architecture and improve technical framework.Based on the research needs and research,combined with the applicable scenarios,the B/S architecture upgrade with browser as the core was finally determined,and the new technical framework was used as the support of the system.It was difficult to install the software system and the compatibility was poor.Problems and improved scalability and applicability.(2)Analysis and design of automated office systems.According to the functional and background analysis,the basic function module of the office system,the personnel authority management module,the background log data management module,and the face recognition login module for security protection are determined and completed,and the paperless office is fully utilized.The advantages of saving off-ice costs,improving efficiency and resource utilization.(3)improvements have been made to some of the techniques in the face recognition system.The research in this paper mainly focuses on improving the quality and efficiency of obtaining effective features.In the aspect of preprocessing,the traditional grayscale algorithm is improved according to the knowledge theory of image channel,and the existing technology is combined and innovated,and then compared with experimental data.The space-time efficiency of the algorithm is analyzed,and the feasibility of the office landing environment is determined.My research is committed to improving the efficiency of the company's work.It can be said that research has promoted the development of enterprises and played a positive role in promoting society.
