WCDMA network construction early, based on the same frequencynetworking as the basis for the construction of a large area, but with the rapiddevelopment of3G users, business volume continued to rise, the existingnetwork planning and optimization program proposed is imperative. How tomake a better planning of WCDMA wireless network resources to meet thecapacity requirements of an increasing number of3G users and networkoptimization tasks so as to improve user network utilization is already anproblem for operators.The main subject of study under the same sector double carrier frequencyload-frequency switching problem bear different under different scenarios;mainly for adjacent areas to optimize wireless capacity control, directly RRC toestablish, HSDPA direct study to RRC establishment of enhancement featuresthrough reasonable parameter configuration, optimizing network resources,improve equipment utilization. Shenyang WCDMA networks based on differentfrequency networking program the actual use case testing and research, andbased on actual test data to demonstrate the various problems and scene,which proposed to adapt to the Shenyang Unicom WCDMA network differentfrequency group net programs, and technical bottlenecks may exist need tofurther avoid.
