The development of wireless communication technology is changing with each passing day.The information age requires people to communicate more easily and smoothly.Wireless data services and wireless broadband city development have placed higher demands on the current wireless communication industry service quality.In recent years,the mobile Internet has been developing the fastest in the past few years.The number of mobile Internet users has continued to grow,and its user scale has gradually surpassed that of fixed Internet users.With the official commercialization of the 4G standard TD-LTE network,the rapid development of the mobile Internet industry has brought wireless networks into a new era.China Mobile Communications Group's heavily promoted TD-LTE network provides users with next-generation interactive mobile services with faster data access,enhanced roaming capabilities,and integrated information and broadband multimedia services.People's attention gradually shifts from the original network connection service to the ubiquitous information service,and the download rate is increasingly demanding.At the same time,the mobile communication technology is limited by the technical and environmental conditions,and the communication quality is unstable.Therefore,improving the comprehensive download rate of LTE networks is increasingly valued by the communications industry.The high-density business of various districts and counties in Harbin has raised new issues for wireless communication optimization.The improvement of network quality to the level of user satisfaction is the focus of this paper.According to collecting the statistical data of the comprehensive download rate of TD-LTE network data services in the Bayan area of Harbin from January 2017 to April 2017 and the comprehensive download rate of TD-LTE network data services in other county areas.The 15 end causes of the low download rate of the LTE network in Bayan area were screened separately,and 10 end causes were analyzed.After determining the cause,the orthogonal test method is used to study the optimal configuration of the LTE network handover parameters in Bayan area,and the antenna angle is optimized and adjusted to reduce the high frequency use to avoid the radio and television high frequency signal to the Bayan regional LTE network.Affect these three scenarios for optimization.Through the optimization of the status quo,the comprehensive download rate of the LTE network in Harbin Bayan area has been effectively improved.
