In recent years, the hospital as a service industry to improve its diagnosis and treatment, to meet the medical requirements of patients, they also hope to improve the medical environment so that patients have a good patient experience, improve the hospital’s image and strength. However, at this stage the diagnosis and treatment in patients with huge demand for resources with limited, making the hospital for examination and treatment window queues are inevitable. In order to reduce queuing time for patients, reduce job stress for nurses, while maintaining good treatment environment, the demand for call queuing system came into being. This paper studies the hospital-specific call queuing system design and implementation. First, call queuing system introduced the background and call queuing system, the domestic status quo. The system then analyzes the hospitals and the medical industry on the queuing system of the objective needs to determine the queuing system of the implementation platform and technical routes. Second, this article focuses on the call queuing system software design and implementation, and details of each module of the design principles and procedures of the process, as well as meet customer demand for design and selection process. Third, this article details the specific implementations of each module, and each module in the process of selection and technical considerations described one by one, and details the key technical point of implementation. Finally, the system functionality and performance tests, analyze test results provide reference for the operational stability of the system in the hospital.Hospitals and related health care institutions through the deployment of call queuing system and use, to solve the scientific hand-line resource allocation and information opaque. Reduce the workload of nurses on duty and pressure, improved because of information asymmetry between doctors and patients to bring tensions and opaque, and ultimately improve the hospital’s service level and competitiveness.
