Design And Implementation Of The Bank Queuing And Calling System

With the rapid development of network and information,the demand of convenience and efficiency is becoming higher.With the competition of the bank,banks need to provide different services to different customers.The traditional bank queuing and calling system queued only by the single factor of the service type.It did not consider the customer's contribution to the bank and customer's credit rating etc.The traditional bank queuing and calling system can not meet the current needs of the bank.In order to remedy these shortcomings of the traditional systems,this thesis studies the intelligent bank queuing system.It provides different and human-based services to different customers.It improves the bank management level comprehensively.Based on the analysis of research and practice at home and abroad,this thesis designed and developed a bank queuing and calling system which was based on the SSH framework.The thesis introduced the design of the queue management,the call management and the background management about the bank queuing and calling system.It told us the systematic concept design,the database logic design and the database physical design.The system achieved functions from two angles of the front and back stage using Java programming language.This system added reservation station,handling queue jumping function.It could queue according to the types of business,customer credit rating and other factors.Finally,we tested the function and performance of the system.It showed that the system achieved the predetermined design goal,enhanced customer satisfaction and provided differentiated services to meet the actual needs of the bank management.
