In recent years,with the sustained and rapid development of China's economy,long standing queues have become a common phenomenon in financial institutions,telecommunications,hospitals,government offices and other places,communications technology and computer technology-based intelligent queuing system have been emerged.How to minimize queuing time and make full use of resources,improve the quality of hospital services,reduce hospital operating costs within a limited time and reasonable arrangements triage call queuing addressing important.Combined with the actual needs of hospitals,this paper focus on the design and implementation of triage queuing system so as to improve work efficiency.The main work are as following:Firstly,analysis of the previous queuing theory and model for medical services,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of queuing model thus for optimization queue model.Based on the patient's view,give the definition of several indicators,desk utilization,patient halt rate and pa tient waiting time,used to measure the efficiency of triage call queuing model,ensuring patients queuing more reasonable.According to the actual needs of hospital demands,a Markov queuing policy has been proposed based on service capabilities.Secondly,construct a mathematical queuing model,and then analyze the steady-state probability theory based on Markov for solving process,and finally,present queuing model simulation through MATLAB.Through the experimental comparison analysis,demonstrator the advantages and disadvantages of service capability queuing model.Finally,according to the needs of hospital,address hierarchical thinking concept and service oriented architecture,design and implementation of triage call queuing system,the system has the function of a modular,standardized interfaces,the system is easy to upgrade,maintenance with convenient user interface and reasonable wiring construction and other characteristics,which can meet the requirements of hospital services.Experimental results show that with the realization,the Markov-based service capabilities queuing can effectively improve resource utilization and patient satisfaction as well the different needs of individual patients.Furthermore,triage queuing system interaction with the hospital to reduce the development cost of the system and improve the scalability of the system using Web Service interfaces,which has strong applicability and promotional value.
