With the evolution of computer ,modern communication and medical technology and the continuous rising of health standard ,great progress has been achieved in the research of medical imaging informatics and telemedicine.Based on it ,many applications,such as PAC,teleconsultation system,are being put in use practically.PACS imaging hospital information system is digital, network-critical systems, is a doctor or clinical radiology PACS images doctors and the main tool for interaction, radiologist on the medical use of their images and their associated data analysis and diagnosis, the final results will be reported as a diagnostic image together and fed back to the HIS and RIS systems of long-term archiving, Film image medicine diagnosis pattern gradually by digital phantom diagnosis pattern substitution.Carries on"the PACS system image workstation design"the research will mainly be aims at domestic medicine aspect and so on video information management, application present situations and the future need, will use the existing computer technology and the communication to each kind of dynamic medicine phantom (US, DSA and so on) and the patient and the diagnostic message carries on based on the DICOM standardized gathering, processing, the memory and the transmission; Through this topic's research, realizes to the medicine diagnosis in each kind of dynamic image and the related text information digitization, standardized gathering; Realizes the medical information and the diagnosis material digitization, the network saves and manages, for the clinical medicine, the foundation medicine, the medicine teaching and the knowledge popularization and so on provides the strong message resources and the convenience information sharing wayThis article designed a set of mini-PACS system to adapt to the current work of Chest Hospital needs a hospital image information sharing, the establishment of a typical radiology PACS system, connecting the current hospital imaging equipment, the initial realization of the radiology of non-film mode.This article complies with the DICOM standard strictly, the design workstation has the strong versatility and the extension malleability. Uses Mutiframe in system's image gathering aspect the Dicom form, uses ActiveX technical design image playbacking in system's demonstration aspect to control, uses fault-tolerant, the redundant backup measure in system's storage aspect, outside guarantee system not associative compound engine off or obliterated data. PACS online, near line memory uses SIENET the SKY aggregated memory server, the online part for optical fiber channel SAN, near line part is DAS, the off-line saves uses the DVD compact disc tower storage scheme.
