Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of science and technology, human society has entered theinformation age.As the core of information technology, computer technology has beenwidely used in every corner of people’s life and h’as greatly broadened the humans livingspace in more than50years. The Digital Prototyping technology is completely a newtechnology, whose emergence and development overcomes some questions of the traditionalprocess of product design and development,including too long of the designing cycle,costing too high, can not meeting the enterpir’se demands of quality and eiffciency.lt birngsan revolution to the traditional way of products design. By applying this technology,engineers can make vairous simulation and analysis on the built virtual digital model of theproduct,which could help them to ifnd out the potential problems and mistakes of theproduct in the design period, and then they can amend the mistakes and improve the designsketch quickly.Therefore, It can reduce our dependence on the physical one, which couldreduce the development cost, cut the development cycle,improve the design quality andproduct performance and increase the competition capability of the enterprise.The Slurry Balance Tunnel Boirng Machine is a mechanical of electrical product withcomplicated structure and high automation, whose design has the irgorous requirements onkinematics capability, dynamic capability and mechanical structural capability. To assure thedesign quality of the product, cutting the design time and reduce the design cost effectively,applying Digital Prototyping technology into the whole design procedure is necessary.This thesis studied the <J>11.182m Slurry Balanced Tunnel Boirng Machine as theresearch object. The key parts of Slurry Balance TBM were built and assembled by modelingsoftware Pro/Engineer.The kinematics simulation of Slurry Balance TBM’work state wasmade by Mechanism and Animation module.At present, the virtual reality technology has become the hot spot atfer the computermultimedia technology, Internet networking technology and it is also one of themultidisciplinary and comprehensive technologies which develop fastest. To doassembly process planning of Slurry Balance TBM,use the VR sotfware Division Mockup aspaltform.Realise the virtual assembly test and3D immersive virtual assembly, improving product for Assembly Based on the virtual reality system consisted of SGI Onyx4system, Chirstie DLP Projector Mirage S+2K two-channel stereoprojection system,Barcodual-channel projection system and the CrystalEyes3D glasses.By applying Digital Prototyping technology, this thesis realized the modeling andsimulation of the Slurry Balance Tunnel Boirng Machine. This method is not only suitable fordesign and development of this Tunnel Boirng Machine, but also for the other Tunnel BoirngMachine. And it also can be extended to research, design and develop other mechanicalsystem with complicated structure. So the research method and the consequence in this thesishave the significant practical value.
