Tax-checking Sampling System Based On Data Warehouse

Tax is the lifeline of the state. And tax inspection remains the last line of defense ofthe entire tax levy and administration work. With the nationwide implementation of thecollection mode, the status and function of tax inspection have been constantlyhighlighted and strengthened. Audit case selection, a vital link of tax inspection, isbased on scientific selecting standard and available tax-related information of thetaxpayer, designed to detect taxpayers who have an abnormal effect on tax and focus onthem. Check selection servers help improving the enforcement of tax inspection keepingtax order and promoting tax operation depending on laws.This thesis designs and implements a system for check selection. The main task is toanalyze the requirements, discuss the characters and capacity of the check selection data,and present a design proposal of check selection based on data warehouse technology. Itemploys the data warehouse to support OLAP analysis and focuses on the creationmethods, models and procedures of data warehouse of tax system. Through the datawarehouse technology, original data of tax levy and administration are effectivelycentralized and thereafter handled accordingly. In addition, lots of information used foraudit analysis can be summed up to guide tax auditor to execute tax inspection in amore efficient and accurate way. This thesis also conducts deep studies on the key issuesof the system in the process of system realization and proposes solutions.Finally, this study is successfully tested. Results show that this plan can meet theexpected requirements and this system can transform the needed information in checkselection from raw tax data into centralized and readily available information. Therefore,it achieves a rational, comprehensive and efficient management of information,providing scientific basis and safeguard for audit case selector to make a real-time andeffective decision.
