Research And Realization Of Case Selection System On Charge Checking For Local Finance Bureau

The main task of checking case selection, which is the first step of charge checking, is tosearch the exception from all the charging units and branches by analyzing and classifying allkinds of information about financial charge, and then supply charge checking with directionand targets.On analyzing the operational requirements of case selection of charge checking (CSCC), thispaper proposes a case selection model based-on decision-tree in CSCC. To support the model,this paper presents the method of organizing metadata for CSCC, describes how to extractsubjects of checking case selection and build multi-dimensional models of them. OLAP iscombined with data-mining to realize the on-line analyzing and querying of results of caseselection. Finally, the computer selecting system of CSCC is implemented based-on the caseselection model.The core technology of CSCC is the charge case selection method based-on decision-tree,which includes the following aspects: with building the data warehouse model for CSCC,finding out exception from all the charging units and branches by decision-tree method, thenanalyzing and validating the exceptional cases on-line using OLAP:1) The case selection method based-on decision-tree: build the case selection model based onthe improved CLS decision-tree algorithm by combining CLS decision-tree algorithmwith the characteristics of charge checking.2) Metadata for CSCC: collect the core and accessorial data about charge, extract subjects ofCSCC, and then construct the multi-dimensional model of data warehouse for CSCC.3) Combining OLAP with data-mining to select checking case and analyzing results: firstuses data-mining to select cases for charge checking, then uses OLAP to analyse datadeeply and validate the case selection results.The actualization of computer selecting of charge checking cases can release charge checkingfrom such problems as case selecting arbitrarily and checking blindly, so the veracity andscientificity of charge checking is improved and consuming of manpower and materialresources is decreased.
