With the development of modern science and technology, signal acquisition andreceiving get an evolution and face the competition and challenge synchronously. Itbecomes the chief problem in system that how to design an integrated signal acquisitionand receiving system and make a good performance. A signal acquisition and receivingsystem is discussed in the text and the correlative theory、design thought and projecttests of key modules are introduced.The acquisition device ADC08D1000is adopted in the system and the acquisitionlevel reaches high up to2GSPS. Based on the device design this text give the projecttest of AD acquisition which verifies the well performance of the acquisition deviceworking at the speed of2GSPS. It needs high communication rate to make sure that thecommunication complete in time and serial communication is adopted commonly. Thehigh speed communication is accomplished by the Rocket IO GTP module and fiberinterface in the design. A project test is given to verify the feasibility. The mismatchbetween the high-speed A/D converter rate and DSP hinders the digitization of theelectronic system. To resolve the problem, two means of DDC that structure based onpoly-phase and structure based on parallel filter are given. It is verified from theoriesdeducing、computer emulation and project test that the two structures are feasible. It notonly solves mismatch but also increases the processing speed.
