The traditional salary management system usually uses the fixed salary formula and the fixed salary item. It is difficult to adapt the change of salary’s policy and the salary’s system under the market economy’s condition. The existing salary management system of flexible salary’s structure could define account, salary item and formula, but the operation is too complex to be used widely.The personnel salary management system and related financial sofeware is developed by JAVA and JSP language and technology.With comparison with the previous financial sofeware, it has many advantages, such as internet based operation mode operation, object oriented, safety, stability, multithreading and exception handing etc.. As long as the system is installed on the server, the client does not need to install any software. Web Browser is good enough to be used to mangage the financial and personnel management work. The end users does not need to learn how to install the client software and no maintenance is needed.This greatly reduce the workload of staff, and to also get involved in the financial management work, improve work efficiency.The dissertation describes the details of the system’s delevopment process which includes system analyse, JSP technology, HCI, database design, coding and testing.
