Research On The "Book-middleman" Informatization Construction Of Publishing System In Our Country

Since the beginning of the end of last century, the global information technology developed rapidly. Accompanied by the emergence and popularity of the internet, information technology quickly penetrated into the various areas of social life, and brought in all areas of the "qualitative leap. Information construction at that time became an important means of all walks of life to enhance their management efficiency and core competitiveness.The "Book-middleman" connect the publishers and the retail stores in supply chain of Publication sales system, served as the publications circulation functions. It is a powerful " middleman " with the strong function of integrated logistics, information transmission and capital circulation. The information construction of the Book-middleman need to use information technology to integrate the supply book industry chain at any time in the circulation of publications, the book industry information transfer, capital flows and other sectors to understand the supply and sales dynamics, in order to achieve the entire publishing production and sales of the supply chain optimization.Publication informatization has become an irresistible trend. The middleman, as an integral part of the publishing system, it’s informatization construction has also become an important part of the publishing information construction. The Publishing group has it’s developed in scale, and the publishing industry in China has become form "large publishing" to "powerful publishing", these proposed requirements of informatization construction of the middleman.This paper, as The Ingram, Tohan, KNV for example,analyze the development status of the United States, Japan, Germany, three publishing power in information technology, and with the Xin Hua Wen Xuan as an example, analyze the development status of our country. The Publication informatization in China exists these problems:the different level of information technology standards; the low degree of standardization of logistics; the shortage of comprehensive information talent and the weak sense of service. Lead to information lag reason:the idea of understanding inadequacy; the administrative system affect on the pace of information; the level of IT are varied; the information professionals has been ignored all the time. This article puts forward some countermeasures from three levels of concepts, technology and management. On concept level, the government should establish open, the service conception; the companies need to establish a correct awareness of information technology. On the technical level, a database for sharing of resources need to establish; a modern logistics center should be build in order to achieve scale development; unifing "three criteria" to promote the efficiency of logistics; Optimizing supply chain services to improve the utilization rate of information. On the management level, deepen the reform of the order management system; establish a "people-oriented" management philosophy; to speed up the training of personnel in information.
