Under the influence of The Reading For All The People,”reading and enjoyable reading”has become more and more popular,and folk reading spring up and become an important carrier to promote the national reading project.However,few book clubs can be maintained for a long time.The nature of reading clubs for public welfare,with the increase of readers and the frequent activities,can not afford the funding;For commercial nature,unable to weigh the relationship between the sale of books and readers to maintain a good balance.Quite a few books are dead after several activities.Firstly,this paper uses the literature analysis method to classify and summarize the relevant researches on social media by domestic and international book clubs.I found that there is relatively little empirical research on the reading and promotion of Book Of The Month Club.Secondly,using Cotent Analysis to filter and analyze the collected information and service content which come from official website,blog,Facebook,and You Tube.It was found that the reform of Book Of The Month Club mainly focused on several aspects:membership rights,ordering system,review team,book category,writers' tribe,book agency system,and promotion.Next,analyze the reading and promotion operation mechanism of the monthly book clubs one by one.There are three main points:(1)The three network linkage operation reader community.Create information publishing,communication learning,and visualization display platforms on the official website,Facebook,and You Tube.Set up information release,exchange learning and visual display platform on the official website,Facebook and You Tube respectively.(2)Social media operation and promotion mechanism.Take contests,votes,discussions and other ways to bring your readers to a reading and communication platform that is linked to each month.In addition,members can enjoy some free value-added services such as free e-books,exclusive,free swags and so on.(3)Combine current hot spot and cooperate to promote a book.Carry out long-term cooperation with the most popular magazines and carry out reading competitions.Cooperate with technology companies to develop interactive service platform and use the most advanced interactivemedia to promote and sell books.Based on the above understanding and related data,the article sums up the social effects about Book Of The Month.At the end of the article,the author puts forward some Suggestions and Suggestions for the development of the current reading.(1)To strengthen the policy and fund of reading club.(2)To build a platform for reading and exchange discussions,we will organize readers with common interests to listen to the readers' opinions and needs at the time of planning the exchange meeting.(3)We will use the example of celebrities to lead the way,select celebrities with good reputation,influence light and positive energy,and lead more people to love reading through the power of example.(4)develop reading incentive mechanism,respect for different age,sex and interests of readers,uphold the pertinence,timeliness,the principle of paying equal attention to material and spiritual incentive,product development and design of a batch of encouraging.(5)To strengthen cooperation with other departments,reading and promotion activities are not exclusive.We should use the power of other social groups to give full play to their influence in different channels.
