The ground water is an indispensable precious resource, both the increasing demand for each industry development and geographical locations of wellsprings result in the wellspring management complex and important. Traditional handwork and wired monitor ways and the way based on GSM short message cannot very good satisfied the request because cost or time-delay or other limitations. So the new remote monitor & control system based on GPRS was built, it is a modern way with wireless communication, computer network and Web technology.Through analyzing the system structure and work principle of GPRS, then established a system structural model of wellspring remote monitor & control system based on GPRS and discussed the unique superiority, then proved the fixed IP network plan of the monitor center. Showed the system overall plan in the aspect of communication data flow and elaborated the design of terminal module and monitor center system.Terminal module focuses on using the AT set of instructions to operate GPRS Modem to establish the GPRS wireless link. According to the link way of the GPRS model and the communication characteristic of embeded system, established the communication protocol stack model, and analyzed the control flow in the aspect of protocol data conversion. Studied the upper layer protocol to use the expansion hamming code with cross encodeing method to avoid the singal disturb during communication, thus guarante the reliable transmission by enhancement error correction performance.The monitor center system is responsible for the communication with terminal module and provides data service to users. They are separated with the low coupling principle and security. Independent arrangement by NAT technology achieves the balance and enhances the response speed. Hidden the distribution irregularity of them by the map method, and then built an on-line information platform with a friendly surface.
