New water transfer ideas from engineering water to resource water fromtraditional water conservancy to modern irrigation, and sustainable development ofwater changes, water conservancy information technology has become an importantmeans of hydraulic engineering management, but also to protect the inevitablerequirement for sustainable economic development. This thesis is mainly based on theJiaodong the status of the construction of water diversion project information, integrated information system and computer network system in accordance withnational standards and norms, programs and selection to optimize the set up programto establish an integrated information system and computer network relies on buildingprograms. The paper first analyzes the the Jiaodong water diversion system requirements, and then combined with the engineering the Jiaodong water diversion project thelogical structure of an integrated information system architecture design, acombination of B/S and C/S structure real-time monitoring of the concept ofcombining systems and information management systems, with an emphasis on thesystem’s functional requirements. SCADA system structure design, the factors to beconsidered in the unsteady flow calculation and flow control, and the database design. For the protection of the running of the Integrated Information System and studiedfrom three aspects of network architecture, network management, network securitythe Jiaodong diversion computer network system backbone transmission scheme, theclassification of computer network, monitor, and video networks structure, mode ofnetworking, network management, network security, carried out design, the upwardcascade network monitoring program. According to the paper’s proposal to achievethe full range of unified scheduling of works.
