The Design Of Information Management System For Water Conservancy Project Bidding

In recent years, the investment of water conservancy construction projects by the state is gradually increased in Gansu province, the construction of water conservancy projects in the province has reached a new level. So, some higher requirements are put forward to the management for water conservancy construction projects. Traditional management and quality control of water conservancy construction projects rely on the semi-manual methods to collect and count information of enterprises and projects. According to the old way, the enterprises were required to submit the paper materials for archival administration. Once the paper materials are validated, it will be archived and the registration card will be granted to the enterprises as the certificate of the report. The load was too burdensome and can not be accurately managed.Base on the analysis of the existing problems about the water conservancy project construction management, the government put forward the enterprise credit information management system using the computer technology. The system is a typical B/S management information system and it's based on the Intranet of provincial water resources bureau. The system uses the credit evaluating to evaluate the enterprises and also provides a platform for the project tenders and social enterprises to check enterprises' credit in real time. The system is based on JavaEE, SQL Server 2008, and runs on the IE browser. The upgrade and maintenance of the system is completed on the server. It is convenient to use.The main research contents are as follows:1. Through the analysis of the project bidding and its process, we achieve the supervision of remote online project bidding filing.2. By analysising the water conservancy construction projects, we establish the credit management system for the water conservancy enterprises.The thesis shows that the system can reduce the cross-check supervision work of the government and company, save their time, share the data with each other and so on. The most important point is that by using the system, we can make the bidding more open and transparent. It can control the market access and regulate the market of water conservancy construction too.
