Water Conservancy Project Quota Information System Development

Water conservancy and hydropower project cost is the most important item to control the water conservancy economy. The reasonable project cost not only can help the development company and construction manager make the investment plan for the project as soon as possible, but also can improve the efficiency of the capital in the pre-task preparation section. Project professionals could manage the schedule of project in different stage by cost control. Because of the project feature, such as huge amount of fixed investment, complexed structure, long duration, lead to the inefficient, poor accuracy, heavy workload of the professionals phenomenon. This main research content is based on the project, Fish Back Mountain Reservoir of Dalian University of Technology, to develop a quota information software. The main purpose is to solve the deficiency in term of cost construction of teaching-research office.This paper is based on the Fish Back Mountain Reservoir project. Adopted the construction and installation quota and compilation regulation which is published at Chong Qing in 2011. The database is established on excel and used the all kinds of build-in function to achieve the linkage among each form, and generate reports directly. On this basis, the application applied for VBA language made the secondary function development of Excel like added menu, directory jump automatically, data littering automatically, word doc, help, etc. All the function made the water quato system more concise, convenient and efficient.
