With the coming of the era of information economy, the market competition isintense and the enterprise face with tougher challenge. The customer demands aremore diversified and personalized. The market information could be gained quicklythen the customers could have more choices. At the same time, the customer loyaltyactually is reducing because the economic growth rate slows down and their freechoices. In this case, it’s quite hard to win the competition if we still just rely on theproduct quality as before. Currently, more and more enterprises transfer their businessmodel center from the products to the clients. CRM (Customer relationshipManagement,) is precisely based on this theory. The CRM concept was proposed inthe early-1990s proposed, and gradually perfected along with the development of ITtechnology, financial mathematics technology, statistics technology, managerialtechnology. At the same time, because of the market competition intensifies theexterior supervision refinement, the international financial circles take and thewidespread application of CRM system which depend on the modern IT thetechnology.This article is based on the customer relations management which is alreadyapplied in some domestic and foreign commercial bank and some applications on theCRM system’s mature technology, and realize the CRM system.
