As far as corporations were concerned,Instead of the modalityandquality of production,the competition between them is to scrambleforconsumers.To prossess consumers is to own everything.Facing withthedrastic market contest,the enterprises are well aware of theimportancewhich about the permanent relationship with clients andtransfer itscompetitive strategy from productive-center tocustomer-center.Customerrelationship management is an e-commercesolution's data.Both CRM andERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) andSCM(Supply Chain Management) buildup the bases of informationinfrastructure of an enterprise.The core of CRM is centralized manage the customer resource whichuseinformation technology.It combined the analyzed and disposal customerinformation with all kinds of operation fields about theconsumers.Thatmeans every department could share customer resource suchas marketingdepartment,product promotion,customer services andtechnologysustain.The enterprise can provide the pertinent servicesaccording tocustomer's favorites and needs.It could promote the customersatisfaction and customer faithfulness and boost theenterprise'profits.Atpresent,customer'srelationship management is ahottopicincomputer applicationarea.Them ainpurpose of this thes is istoresearch thecreation,development and application of customer relationship managementsystem.Basedon SQL Server 2000,toestablisha data ware house ofbanking,and tocarryon an alysis of implement technology ofthesystem,adopting DT Smoduleto load data.And then torealize the functionalmodule of the system based on the data ware house,and tocarryon analysisof the customer'sloyalty.Intheend,usedby Analysis Manager,atool ofSQLServer 2000,toestablish the customer development fact,the OLAP.
