Based on the current practical system in Weifang Netcom Co., an analytical Customer Relationship Management system for Weifang Netcom is presented in the paper. The system includes the following subsystems: Unified Customer Access Management, Channel Management, Sale Management, Booking Management, Customer Information Management, Club Management, Bill&Charge Management, System Management, Business Analysis Management, Interface to the Headquarters System, and so on. To the Business Analysis Management, the paper proposes a decision analysis environment for decision-makers and decision-analyzers to solve the semi-structure and non-structure issues from the system viewpoint by applying the Data Warehouse, online analysis processing, decision-making technologies according to the ways the decision-makers do it. Data Mining technology is the smart solution to the business analysis management. We can extract the useful information, including model, law, from a mass of data by using the technology. After the analysis, the companies can trace the trend of the services, which supports the decision-making and helps to create the deep intelligent services for the customers to earn more income.The paper introduces how to construct the Business analysis management in CRM by applying the Data Warehouse, On-Line Analytical Processing and Data Mining. The CRM system, the Data warehouse, the OLAP(online analysis processing) and the technology of Data Mining are introduced in detail in the paper. And then how to construct the data warehouse is discussed according to the data processing procedure, including the method to extract the data from operation environments to the data warehouse, the data processing technology, importing the newly generative data to the data warehouse. The data mining models about the relationships are presented in the detail, and the implements about Apriori algorithm, FP-growth algorithm are presented in the detail too. According to the practical system in Weifang Netcom, the paper proposes the design and implement of the analytical CRM system based on the aforementioned technologies.
