Precision instrument laboratory used for laboratory study area or sector of the nationalkey projects, technology-intensive enterprise, national defense and science technology, tovery high environmental requirements, in particular, is more sensitive to temperature andhumidity. In recent years, with the rise of the Internet of Things technology, appeared insensor networks for monitoring foundation, with PC or single chip microcomputer as thecontrol center of the temperature and humidity measurement and control system. With therapid development of modern electronic technology, measurement and control technologyseems to be rather bulky and stiff, Can not meet the needs of people.In response to these problems, the design uses embedded system and ZigBee wirelesssensor network technology, to achieve the precision instrument laboratory temperature andhumidity automatic monitoring and control. The system uses ZigBee technology to form amesh network structure, improve the reliability and performance of the network transmissioncapacity; system uses a high-performance, low power consumption, small size, full-featuredembedded industrial control board AT91RM9200as the data processing and circuit controlcore, use RS232C serial to realize the communication link between the coordinator node andhost computer, by controlling the GPIO port voltage and then control execution circuit carriesout corresponding action; system using embedded Linux development platform based on QT/E graphical user interface, multi-threading and SQLite database technology, achieve real-timedisplay of temperature and humidity, and the implementation of circuit status, history recordscheck of temperature and humidity, temperature and humidity control standards set; basisrelay-centered design reliable temperature and humidity regulation and control circuit.This article is based on the actual development process, described the system structureand related technical applications in detail. First briefly describes the current situation and thesignificance of the system development, then overall introduces the system structure, and thenexplain the design of wireless sensor network and host computer in detail, and finally a briefdescription of the control circuit design.
