It makes the loss caused by lightning to the lowest point by real-time monitoring theoccurrence and development of lightning, conditions of die, the direction of movement andother activities, and transmitting the monitoring results to the center by remote transmission.In accordance with the observation data types, the center stores data in the database for theconvenience of later data processing. This paper mainly focuses on the study of databasedesign and data storage in the project.This paper first analyzes the data transmission network architecture and file structure,gets the design requirements of the lightning database system, this conclusion is animportant basis of the lightning database design. According to the requirements of thelightning database design, the paper realizes the lightning database structure design,including database concept structure design, logical structure design, logical tables andphysical structure design.Secondly, this paper studies the application of Oracle trigger and job. By analyzing theuse of trigger, the paper gives a method of judging lightning waveform continuity, whichhas a small amount of calculation and good performance. On this basis, combined with theapplication of procedure, the program achieves the timing function.Thirdly, for the demands and needs of the central station storing the observation data inthe database, the paper focused on the Oracle network and its application. On the basis ofthe lightning database design, it analyzes the Oracle network configuration process.Through the understanding of C/S access, it provides a data sharing between databasesconveniently.Finally, the article focuses on data storage. By analyzing file types and file structure, itgives a method of first-after which can achieve storing data in the database. And it comparesthe computer simulation data with data in the database several times. The test results show the correctness and feasibility of first-after method, and lay the foundation for practicalapplication.
