In order to broadcast the 24th World University Winter Games in high definition, Hei Longjiang TV built a program which named HDTV's post-production nonlinear editing network. Basing on this program, the main purpose of thesis is to research the TV data transfer and storage technology about the high-definition programming homepage creation.At present in China as the largest post-production network HD programming, The content of this study is significant.. In ensuring network security, so that the production and broadcasting high-definition screen and smooth, to the successful completion of Winter Games and the target program production and broadcasting, and Winter will be upgraded after the expansion of high-definition network to provide a stable network platform.
