Application And Desing Of Information Integrated Business Management Platform (OA) System In Large-sized Enterprise

Based on office administration (OA) theory and Domino platform technologyand B/S structure, the paper is illustrating design and implementation ofinformation integrated business management platform (OA) system in large-sizedenterprise with databse adopting Domino file. On the basis of the OA theoreticalstudy and application analysis of information integrated business managementplatform system in large-sized enterprise, it puts forward the system generaldesign scheme and designs in detail the information integrated businessmanagement platform system in large-sized enterprise, thus performing detailscodes implementation and database with application of Domino technology andrealizing standard architecture system based on Domino technology and B/Sstructure, building a highly reliable, stable and safe application system architectureto satisfy distributive application model. Information transfer and data exchangecan be achieved effective ly with safety guaranteed. An enterprise coordinationoffice administration system includ ing data exchange, coordination work,information door and information safety will be established for office businessneeds. Given information development in the sub-companies (departments), it cansupport deployments and integrations in multiple forms.The paper structure is as follows: firstly it introduces research background ofoffice administration information services and development of information systemboth at home and abroad, ket theory and technology of office administrationinformation system inc luding network technology, Domino technology, WebOAtechnology, database technology and office administration flow processtechnology. It conducts system general scheme and functional modules analysisdesign and based on Domino technology performs prototype design andimp lementation of information integrated business management platform (OA)system in large-sized enterprise. The demonstration results release that the systemhas achieved design targets.
