Design Of Office Automation At XAC Based On .net Technology

This paper is based on office automation (OA) theory, adopts .NET technology, utilizes Relation-target style database technology to design and realize the enterprise office automation information system. The total design scheme of system was proposed on the basis of the theory research of office automation and the application analysis of XAC office automation enterprise data, the XAC office automation system was designed in detail, so the .NET technology is utilized to realize the code and design the database in detail, the application of Browser/Server standard three-layer system structure based on .NET is completed. The task logic takes working flow audit as the center, utilizes the circulation technology to transfer the file entity on the network, and accomplish the circulation way customization function audition through defining the receiver priority. Combining the requirements on the administration organization structure of the enterprise, the characteristics of organization structure, personnel, constitutes, role and post, etc. was joined into the circulation customization to realize the flexible and strong customization structure system, and the enterprise requirements on archives audit are satisfied.The paper system is as follows: first, we introduce the background of service and the status of aboard and domestic development of office automation information system, and also the key theory and technology of office automation information system, which consists of the technologies of internet, Web OA, Database, flow of office automation, etc.. Then the general system and each function modules are analyzed and designed based on .Net technology. XAC Office Automation (OA) System is designed and implemented in succession. The result shows all the goals are met.
