Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Aging Office Website From The Perspective Of Information Service

In recent years,the aging trend of our country has become more and more serious,and the number and proportion of elderly Internet users are also increasing.In this environment,it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of elderly websites,and the evaluation index system of the website is important to improve the construction of the website.The website of the Working Committee for the Aged is a website specifically for elderly users,which has a certain influence in the elderly website in China.This article hopes to use the evaluation index system to help the website of the aging office understand its own advantages and disadvantages,so as to further promote the construction of the website of the aging office.First of all,this article analyzes the domestic and foreign current situation of the research on the information services for the elderly,government website evaluation research,and elderly website research.It introduces the definition of the elderly group,the website of the elderly office,website evaluation,and SERVQUAL model.This article also explains and uses the theory of use and satisfaction,the new public service theory,and the information service theory.Secondly,the six principles on which the evaluation index for constructing the website of the Aging Office is determined.And according to the existing literature,SERVQUAL model,existing government website evaluation practice results and website user interviews,6primary evaluation indicators and 23 secondary evaluation indicators of the website of the Aging Office were determined.Finally,this article selects experts from related fields of website evaluation of the Aging Office to rate the evaluation indicators.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to design the index weights,and calculates the single-layer weight and total weight of each evaluation index by mathematical software.Empirical research on the evaluation index system of the website of the aging office can show the rationality and practicability of the evaluation index system.Choose five aging office websites,including national,provincial and prefecture-level,to conduct empirical research on the evaluation index system constructed in this paper.Through the investigation and analysis of the empirical research website,this article gives the following three suggestions: improvethe website design,enhance the website content,and strengthen the attention of the elderly users.This article found a series of problems and deficiencies in the website of the Aging Office in the research.This type of website should also fully consider and meet the unique information needs of the elderly,so as to be user-centered,and then improve the quality of the website of the elderly.This article hopes to provide a basis for judging the quality of the website of the aging office through a series of studies on the index system of the website of the aging office.
