Design And Implementation Of Office Automation Administration Information Management System

With the continuous popularization of computers and the rapid development of network technology,computer applications have played a great role in promoting the development of all walks of life.In the information age,the speed of processing information directly affects the efficiency of the office.Especially for the administrative department,because the work of this department is mostly related to information release and document delivery.At present,there are many problems in the administrative department,such as delay of examination and approval,delay of information and so on.In order to adapt to the fast pace of the times,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of the administrative department by strengthening the information construction of the administrative department of colleges and universities.This paper focuses on the office automation system(OA).The purpose is to help the executive departments to solve the main problems of information construction by developing this system.Based on the office automation administration information management system in Colleges and universities,the functions and requirements of OA system are analyzed and studied in detail.Combined with office management method,the corresponding office management system is constructed.Selected in the system development process of the development of language is ASP.NET,using UML modeling tools and class diagram,use case diagram and flow chart of the design work,including the administrative office,user login,desktop,network paging,personal office,document management system function.The system selects the browser / server architecture and the MVC design pattern.The development environment is Visual Studio 2010 and uses SQL Server 2014 as the system database.In the test phase,select a complete and comprehensive test to test the functions of the system.After completing the development work,the internal installation and testing can prove that the system has good stability and user experience,and maintenance and upgrading are relatively convenient,data security is high,and query response speed is faster.The test results show that the designed system can meet the office needs of the administrative department.
