The thesis developed a new integrated automotive enterprise management information system which is based on real business requirement and resource condition.With IT,we improve the whole business system of automotive repair enterprise, integrate all kinds of business,optimize business flow,develop new business and rebuild business management.All of these can re-distribute resources in enterprise and promote enterprise's manufacture efficiency,market response ability and appreciation of society.Therefore automotive repair enterprise can make continuable development.According to the real requirement and business characteristics of the automotive repair enterprise, utilizing the technology of network, database and the structured software development techniques, this thesis developed the automotive repair enterprise operation management information system. Firstly, according to the MIS research life-circle requirement, make use of OO software explored technology, ULM modeling technology, and establish the system of illustration, chart and active chart in order to describe the system function, the static structure and the main business process. And meanwhile use tool of E-R to carry on the database design, and produce system foundation information by using the example package of database logic and the physical model. And establish the excellent software structure through the whole design.The management of client service center is difficult in realizing the functions of the system and also is the emphasis of this thesis. It mainly contains according to the business events flow, takes between client service center and the enterprise departments'work flow to carry on the reasonable design; Takes the client service center to build the unified data platform with various departments, and establishes the smooth stable connection; the security implementation of the data exchanged between client service center and the enterprise departments or service points in the city.At the same time, the business flow was merged into the design process of the client service flow for the real process requirement. Based on the above, the system's domain and object is determined. Secondly, we analyzed the whole system, and obtained the system function model and data model. Here the thesis emphases the crucial problems and technical difficulty in realizing those functions. Then, this thesis designed the system and established the topology structure, software architecture structure and database structure. Finally, the thesis implements the system using the VS.Net development tools and the SQL Server 2000. What the system researched by this thesis is put into use into the Henan Poyang QuanYuan source equipment repair enterprise. And the running result proves that the system is suit for the real requirement of the automotive repair enterprise, upgrading the enterprise management level and lowers the cost of manufacture and business.
