| Fieldbus technology is an important part of industrial automation and control,but the traditional Fieldbus is unable to meet the current demand with the increasingrequirements of the Fieldbus in industrial control field. At the same time, ethernettechnology has made considerable progress, the industrial ethernet technologiesemerge. Although the fieldbus technology is monopoly of foreign business, nowChina has launched a completely independent intellectual property rights of industrialethernet bus protocol—EPA, the industrial ethernet bus protocol. With the launch ofthe EPA agreement, the EPA products appear continuously in large numbers. In thispaper, the development and implementation of a fieldbus protocol to EPA, based onelectric actuators are introduced.Firstly, the development status of the industrial ethernet, the composition andcharacteristics of the EPA communications systems, as well as the prospect of EPAelectric actuator are summarized;Secondly, EPA actuator hardware development process is implemented. In orderto shorten the development time and suitability of the product, EPA electric actuatoris divided into two parts, i.e. EPA communication protocol module and the electricactuator, to conduct an independent development. The difficulty and problemencountered in the development of hardware circuit of the two parts are analyzed indetail and the corresponding solutions are proposed;Thirdly, a specific instruction is given to the software implementation. uC/OS-ii&Lwip is used as a kernel in EPA communications system to develop according tothe EPA protocol requirements for software code development. Based on the timeslice polling small embedded system, the electric actuator part is developed whichcan meet the requirements of EPAcommunication protocol;At last, the experiment of the EPA electric actuator in EPA networking isperformed and the results are shown. The integrated fusion of EPA system withSiemens S7-300system is realized, and it can be controlled by WinCC. |
