With the increasing of distributed control systems and development,DCS systems become more and more into the mainstream of modern control field.Every breakthrough and development of information technology,as well as various technical breakthroughs are the driving force in the field of industrial DCS control system development to intelligent,information-oriented,,new structural model is also used to develop distributed control system,DCS and Fieldbus the combination of technology and industrial Ethernet,which makes the DCS system to buy more modern intelligent control step.Fieldbus is one of the hotspots of today's automation technology development,but also a series of site control center inadequate,digital,intelligent,multi-aspect,Interconnect,multivariable difficult to meet the further development of the DCS system.So look for an alternative control network access fieldbus become an inevitable trend,the international manufacturers began to use industrial Ethernet as a control network.As a LAN,Ethernet wide range of applications,combined with TCP/IP protocol suite and gradually become the most popular Ethernet networking solutions.This topic-based Industrial Ethernet principle and process will be applied to the design and development of intelligent field control station DCS I/O modules to meet the new structure of DCS system structure of the technical requirements for field equipment.Intelligent control module not only need to complete the field data collection,but also to achieve the master station engineer station for data exchange.Field I/O modules to collect field of industrial data,data post-processing package upload to the master station via Industrial Ethernet;on the other hand,the master station configuration commands sent to the configuration of each I/O module,through appropriate channel configuration to achieve decentralized control and centralized management.Category intelligent I/O modules include digital input module(DI),digital output modules(DO),the standard signal input template(AI),standard signal output modules(AO),and so on,have a good scalability.
