The jinwan network digital media resource management and publishingsystem adopts J2EE architecture and Java programming language. Moreover,online mining techniques for unstructured information, intelligentsemantic analysis techniques, and digital video management techniques arealso used in this system. Thus, a comprehensive information managementsystem is constructed to implement the collection, sorting, storing andpublishing of digital media resources.This system is composed of the two subsystems. First, the digitalmedia resource management and publishing subsystem can implement theonline collection of digital information, track the hot topics throughsetting the sensitive words, and structurize, classify, index and storethe collected information. The publishing functions include managing asite section, setting the page template, publishing the documents, andeven setting the publishing types.Second,the digital video management subsystem achieves thecomprehensive functions such as the collection of the streaming mediaresources,the generation of text and graphics, live online, liveon-demand, mutual communication and so on. As the important source ofdigital media repository, it plays an important role of resourcesupporting.The jinwan network digital media resource management and publishingsystem has greatly enhanced the collection range and information amountof various digital media resources. In the era of new digital media, thedevelopment of this system is very important to the Tianjin Daily NewsGroup in enhancing the reputation in the professional news industry andplaying the key role as a local media in the press, publicity andinformation services.
