On The Digital Audio And Video Publishing Development Model Research In Xinjiang

With the development of information technology, digital technology and networktechnology, digital publishing and digital reading becomes the focal point of acceleratingthe transformation of our country’s news publishing industry. Digital technology has ahuge affection on the integration of society resources and information transfer. Not onlytraditional paper publishing industry (books, newspapers, magazines), but also theelectronic audio-visual is undergoing a huge transformation. In this environment,Xinjiang’s audiovisual publishing is also a new start. It is the choice and demand of thetimes to develop digital publishing. The rapid rise of digital publishing has brought a newsituation for Xinjiang’s audio-visual publishing, and it also brought profound changes andchallenges.Xinjiang has vast territory and abundant resources. It is well known by its beautifulnatural landscape, rich cultural heritage and colorful ethnic culture. However, since theBeijing Golden Water Bridge incident in2013, Xinjiang has increasingly linked with thosesynonymous such as violence, terrorism, separatism and independence. Currently, theanalysis of violent terrorist activity point out that with the development of networktechnology and applications, the global information affect every corner of our society. Atthe same time, audio-visual products are more vivid, intuitive, interactive and easier tounderstand than the books, so it becomes the target of terrorists. In addition to the originalbooks of transmission, the main means to spread violence are downloading audio andvideo from Internet, or to spread by physical media audio and video discs. Now, ourcountry monitor digital publications and fight against illegal publications, then Xinjiang’shealthy and orderly development of digital audio and video publishing is responsible forproviding the stable development, and it is also an important political task to promote thenational security, social stability, national unity, and spread advanced culture and scientificthoughts. Therefor, how to develop digital audio-visual publishing is the purpose of mythesis. In this paper, it has a comprehensive study of Xinjiang’s development of audio andvideo publishing.
