The application of new media give rise to the fact that the news newspapers take on a network shock wave to the process of newspaper news production. In view of this, the author proposes the core issues of the thesis:how do the new media shape the process of newspaper news production in the context of the newspaper network interaction and what changes do the newspaper traditional news practices bring about?The author analyzes the process of the newspaper news production in the environment of the new media with the study cases such as "Guangzhou Observation" in Nanfang Daily (regular reports, dynamic local news),"the Blue Pages" in Guangzhou Daily (regular reports, the depth reports), and ""Mesh Eye" in the Southern Metropolis Daily (new-type reports, newspaper network interaction column). Using the methods of materialization and content analysis, the author analyzes all the sectors of newspaper news production and looks into transmutation of regular newspaper journalism from the news sociological perspective.The study finds that, as for the newspapers’conventional coverage (local dynamic class, the depth reports class), the new media environment has an impact on "marginal penetration" and only "fixes" certain journalistic practices such as network news sources "filling in the seats", the network technical assistance of news writing which reduces the cycle of the newspaper production, speeding up the production by means of official micro blogs and giving the "coronation certification" to users’ self-gene rated content. For a new brood of "newspaper network interaction", the new media environment leaves a more profound mark which mainly reflects as follows:a complete trend of network for the message source highlighting the complexity of the value proposition; the selected topics emphasizing more to public issues and anomie events stressing the value of public network; at the same time, internet users directly intervene in the process of newspaper production in various ways with the result that he becomes a professional journalist who does interviews along with writing and speaks in the way of "direct speech" text; he is authorized to manufacture the word "most" gimmick and innovate "modular" structure of the text.The role of the new media environment to the news production is attributed to the transmutation of each link of the conventional journalistic work. The regular changes of the newspaper news in the interactive context of the newspaper network are grouped into four aspects:First, the network news source is continuously expanded and the habit of reporters’selecting topics is changed. Second, users participate in the text of the news and reporters change the editing rules to take the initiative to authorize them in expressing channels.
