Research On Network Mapping Method Of Hash Node In Private Network

The purpose of network management is to keep the network system working normally. The most directly way is to show the topological graph to the user. There are many ways to draw the topological graph.Nowadays the most popular ways to draw the topological graph are based on the topological algorithm of ICMP protocol, ARP protocol and SNMP protocol.On the basis of the basic theory,conception, function and construction of SNMP, the thesis will introduce the MIB which is the most important part of SNMP and research the topological algorithm. At last, the thesis will give the simple explanation of programming under the windows system.On the basis of conception and basic theory, the thesis will design a new ways to draw the topological graph. Because of some conditions, the research will be on the basic of emulation. The research will use VC+6.0and Access data base in Windows XP system environment. The main design idea is:using the data base instead of MIB in order to get the information of the machine. Firstly, the research will use the sockets function to get the information of machine like ID IP and NEXT. Then, the research will use the ODBC data base of MFC to realize the function of ADD, DELETE, EDIT, and REQURY. At last, the research will use the MFC to draw the topological graph. At the end of the thesis, a conclusion has been gotten. In order to get a topological graph which is closed to the actual situation, the system can use the way to get more information of the spots or define some key spots.
