Research On The Career Stages And Topics Of Scholar From The Perspective Of Data Analysis

The rapid development of digital publishing and the emergence of mathematical and computational tools have led to the rapid development of scholars research,and the rapid growth of academic data by publishing articles explaining the results of the study has been promoted,which provides academic data support for scientific research.The rules and laws of science based on academic data mining are conducive to improving the understanding of scientific structure and dynamics,the discovery of scientific research laws,and the rational arrangement of scientific research career development path,so as to effectively carry out the organization and management of scientific research.This paper uses the network of scholars cooperation and the similar network of papers to put forward a two-layer network model,combined with Markov chain theory,and studies the relationship between scholars and research topics when they are in different stages of development in the development of their scientific research.First of all,based on the attribution information between scholars and papers to build a two-tier network model G,and the stage of development of scholars,research groups and research topics to define the two-layer network model G further evolved into a G-one model and G-team model.In the academic data set(SMSEC)of some scholars in the field of management science and engineering,scholars show obvious behavior of stage transformation.and the study probability of its transfer is more likely to be withdrawn from scientific research by scholars with fewer subjects,while the researchers in the field of more wide-ranging research have a great probability of continuing scientific research.The two-layer network model G-one quantifies the changes in the development stage of scientific research and their influence on research topics,and the two-tier network proves that the research topic sits in the process of developing the research topic and the development stage of the scholars,and discovers the transformation relationship between the development stage of the scholars and their collaborators.The cooperation between young scholars and mature scholars is conducive to the further excavation of scientific research topics,and the cooperation between mature scholars and young scholars is conducive to the dissemination of ideas and the exploration of new fields Knowledge The two-layer network model G-team explores the distribution of scholars at different stages of development in the scientific research team,which shows the diversity of the members of the scientific research team,in which the mature scholars in the scientific research team always belong to the core leader,leading the research team to carry out research projects.Fitting the relationship between the size of the scientific research team and the subject of scientific research found that its presentation is related to the number of nooksThe innovation of this paper lies in:(1)to propose a two-layer network model,(2)to construct a similar network based on the similarity of text data and(3)to use Markov chain theory to explore the transformation behavior of scholars development stage,so as to grasp the transformation of scholars scientific research and development.
