With the development of economy, technology and science in the21stcentury,engineering construction and traffic career develop constantly. Especially in moderntunnel construction technology, it is put forward which is the tunnel construction monitoringmeasurement technology. What to do with and analyse the monitoring information, accordingto the ananlytic result,judgying the safe state of tunnel surrounding rock and supportingstructure has the higher technology requirement.According to the tunnel construction technical specification and all kinds of performanceindex in practical tunnel engineering construction, this paper designs an automatic monitoringsystem based on MSP430F2122which is a Ultralow power-consuming msp430series chipmicrocomputer. Data acquisition of the tunnel stress is achieved by the vibrating wirepressure cell. Video monitoring of tunnel construction operation is achieved by infraredcamera. It implemented the data communication between the data acquisition system based onmsp430f2122MCU and upper machine based on UDP transport protocol. The upper machinehas completed the data acquisition of tunnel stress, data query and data management of thehistory data. All of the work is achieved through the C++builder and SQL Server2005database.This major work includes the following aspects:(1) based on MSP430F2122low power MCU tunnel stress monitoring system. Thissystem uses the vibrating wire pressure cell to collect data, prompting the vibrating wirepressure cell products vibration signals through prompter circuit, then utilizing multichannelanalog switch strobe input the signal, amplifying the signal by program-controlled amplifier,receiving the standard square wave signal through filtering and reshaping to amplified signal.The system includes the digital/analog convertor,analog/digital convertor,USARTcommunication interface, received motion gathering design. The system uses the UDPtransport protocol to achieve the communication between the acquisition system and uppermachine. In order to prevent the transmission errors, system uses BCC check.(2)Using IAR development environment, achieved the firmware program development oftunnel automatic monitoring system, divided the system into several function models,program structure hierarchy. In the design, using the ISR(interrupt service routine)to receivethe acquisition data, saving a lot of time.(3)Make use of the c++builder avisual development tool oriented object,designed theupper interface. configured the channel parameter, then gathered the vibration frequency,. Bysetting the early warning valuee, had automatic alarm function.stored the data by using SQL Server database, the data storage and management. Through selecting the module number,monitored and controlled the spot information. Designed the multiple authority usermanagement to ensure the safety of user information.(4) Test the system function according to every performance index,uses signal generatorto analog the vibration data in order to validate the acquisition data. Combining with thereal-time data display in the upper interface to validate the exactness of data transmission.through the function test for the upper interface. By repetitious test,ensured the security,stability and reliability of the system.At present,with the rapid development of tunnel engineering construction, project staff onthe quality monitoring technology is also attached more and more importance, according tothe actual project, the system is stable and reliable, cost-effective, but also has a powerfuldatabase management function and construction of video real-time monitoring,has been inthe tunnel project practical application.
