Research On The Key Technologies Of The Complicated Geological Tunnel Constructure Monitoring System

With the number of runnel project increasing, the tunnel not only concerns with the safety of the people, but also affects the development of transport. In order to make the tunnel construction and its later operation safe and reliable, tunnel safety monitoring system is put forward.In this paper, the project entities to ZhaXiao highway tunnel in the study .The author gets tunnel safety monitoring system through connecting sensor monitoring technology and modern communication technology. It first collects the data, next the GPRS device sends monitoring data timely to the distant monitoring computer monitoring computer, then the data analysis software processes the data, and form the image back to the monitor. With analysis and summary the data, it guides the smooth progress of tunnel construction. At the same time the system can be used from the tunnel's completing to its normal operation. Because of it, it can be possible to monitor the tunnel long-time. The design and application of Tunnel safety monitoring system has both practical and important significance, which will play a crucial role in helping the tunnel go into the information age.The study of several key technologies in the establishment of tunnel's safety monitoring system has been completed in this paper,which maily includes:1.Expound the tunnel's safety monitoring theory, and then customize a program of tunnel's safety monitoring system according to an actual project,explicate the function of several important parts in the tunnel's safety minitoring system in detail.2. The finite element analysis is compelted on the bias tunnel,and the sensor collocation is guided according to the load anslysis results, select sensors,establish the sensor collocation project,and then optimize the project on the basic of actual projects.3.Clean the collected data, draw curve, explain every part of the curve and the whole trend.The anslysis result validates that the established project of tunnel's safety monitoring system is reasonable, which meet the need of monitoring tunnel's internal parameters. also, the paper provides a reference to other tunnel's monitoring system, which has important theoretical meanings and practical significances.
