To improve the moisture evaporation in crop growth process of automatic monitoringlevel, on the basis of weighing lysimeter hardware platform, this paper has developed datacollection and processing software system. In the wireless transmission mode,carries on datacollection, processing and storage, which has realized real-time monitoring of soil moistureevaporation, and building a new kind of lysimeter data remote monitoring and managementsystem. The main contents are as follows:(1) The overall structure of lysimeter monitoring system was designed, which includes:hardware collection terminal and computer software system. The hardware system consists ofpressure sensor, steel tube, collecting box, GPRS equipment, and the software system includesthe data collection, processing, display and storage parts. The GPRS wireless datatransmission module realized data wireless free transmission between basement collectionterminal and computer monitoring center.(2) In the integrated development environment C++Builder and the databasemanagement system SQL Server2008, using modular design method, the software system isdivided into several functional modules: log management module, serial data collectionmodule, data calibration processing module, data chart display module and data query module.Among them, data collection module used Win32API functions to develop serialcommunication class, which increased the transparency of serial port operations, andimproved the reliability of the data; in order to determine the relationship between measuredvalue and the actual value,using Hough transform combined with least squares to linearfitting for sensor calibration,And constructed data management system based on C/S (Client/Server) mode. Through the network database, which realized sensor data effectiveorganization and management. User can get crop water evapotranspiration data and charts in different query conditions.(3) The basic function of the system is tested, and analysis of monitoring data. Theresults showed that the experimental data meet the general laws of the crop growth and waterconsumption. The stability of data is good. The basic function is normal, and meet the designrequirements.
