This topic comes from the National Science and Technology Support Program“underground visualization wireless communications technology and equipment for disasterrelief based on the mesh network”(SQ2011SF13B00488). In recent years, mining accidentsoccur frequently. Existing communication devices is mainly rescue phone for mine rescue. Itsinformation is limited and can’t fully reflect various realities, which lead to poor rescuecommands. Therefore, there is an urgent need about communication technologies andequipments to accurately reflect the rescue site information in real-time. The mine rescuemultimedia communication system is to meet the requirements of efficient to command therescue. The system includes underground information recorder, underground base and groundcommand center. My work is mainly the embedded software design and realization of rescuecommunication system, which is the embedded software design of underground informationrecorder and underground base in the mine multimedia rescue communication system. Itincludes building the embedded platform and designing the embedded application software.Rescue communication system is based on ARM11-S3C6410hardware platform todevelop embedded software with embedded WinCE6.0operating system in VS2005development environment. This article gives the transplantation of the BootLoader, start logocustomization and debugging LCD driver when building embedded platform. The platformapplication software divides into video processing module, environmental parametersinformation module, configuration information module and alarm module. Video processingmodule used Directshow technology and the H.264hardware codec technology based onS3C6410MFC to implement video displaying, compression, sending in the undergroundinformation recorder and video receiving, decoding, displaying in the underground base.Environmental parameters information module draws out the environment parameter data which from sensor collection in real-time curve form. Configuration information moduleincludes online statous of the three party and volume control. Alarm module starts buzzeralarm when environmental parameter concentration super limited and network is fault.Test results show that this software enables send video, audio and environmentalparameter information in underground rescue to underground rescuers, underground base andground command center in real-time and accurately, which can help command center controlsthe rescue site real-time information and will be better to carry out the command. This designin addition to apply to mine emergency rescue, also can be used for mines, oilfields and othermonitoring systems. It has strong scalability.
