With the development of science and technology, the application of digitaltechnology, high speed data acquisition system application is growing. Magneticfusion constraints on the power supply voltage of high-speed tokomak devicemeasuring, because for the voltage range wide, more independent road synchronouscollection and fusion reaction time short (less than2s) and other characteristics,although the current domestic market data acquisition system of the precision andspeed of more and more high, but can not adapt to this kind of demand is highersystem. In view of the particularity of the study object of, if direct the existing dataacquisition system, there will always be some problems:(1) the input voltage rangewide range; Now commonly used acquisition system requirements acquisition rangevoltage for0~1V, our research object is wide voltage (dozens of mill volt to5V),this needs collection system can enlarge the gain.(2) The work environment for tesla’smagnitude of strong magnetic field; Request acquisition system have very goodelectromagnetic shielding capacity and processing signal ability.(3) Word number isnot fixed extensibility; on the market at present commonly used data collector is fixedchannel, so it’s not for the application situation.So we base on the existing data collection technology,design out high precision,high speed, multi-channel data acquisition system, the main technical indexes are asfollows:(1) independent acquisition every channel, namely no acquisition relevancebetween channel;(2)every are high speed acquisition(one million per second,thatis the sampling list for1MHz);(3)each channel are all16of the A/D;(4)multi-channel acquisition synchronous trigger, synchronous acquisition. In signalregulate circuit, we adopt intelligent design, namely Program-controlled amplifier, program-controlled filter, parallel A/D and plus keyboard, make the system moreconvenient and practical. System AD9460use ensure that the system of high samplingrate. And because the sampling rate is high, the ordinary DSP chip unable to realizeHigh-speed data acquisition, so system use FPGA as control chip, and greatly improvethe performance of the system,the system has the very strong scalability, in order tomake the system are not too complicated, preliminary design used the serial interfacecommunication way, to realize real-time data transmission, can satisfy the design ofthe system requirements, and use the SRAM memory, makes the data acquisitionsystem of high-speed data in storage has been protected.The performance test and preliminary experiments show that the system can beused in the power supply voltage of the tokomak device high speed measurement, andat the same time, it also can store data into a PC to conduct the follow-up treatment.
