Based On B / S Model Of Office Automation Research And Realization

Office automation system(OAS) are becoming more and more important for their apparent roll in pushing forward the informatory process of all organizations and business units.The development and application of the OAS software can meet the maximum requirements for realizing the automation,electronization and specialization for the working people,and reduce their work intensity to great extent,so as they can make full use of their information to improve the work efficiency,quality and productivity.Meanwhile,the problems of using data from different database sources and realizing the free transfer of the data among them need to be solved badly.This paper gives brief introduction of the OAS of our base.The system platform is based on Lotus Domino with Windows NT as operating system.The paper discusses the single organization more domain model,work mode,copy and routestructure,mail integration and the integration technology with which the OAS with C/S and B/S mode is set up,and puts forward the idea to integration the different database sourses,such as document databases and relational databases.Based on practical application requirements,the paper first gives system total design,mail integration design,work mode design and the OA software model of the third base.The paper put forward the model of the workflow system,and the discusses the basic theory upon which the Internet-based Web OAS is established.The paper also discusses the main technology taken by the Web OAS,such as the mode of the Web OAS,dynamic data transfer.In order to meet the practical requirements of our base,the technical plan of establishing the client/server-based Web OAS is presented with details.Also in the paper,the data object model which supports both document databases and relational databases is given,as the data transfer among Heterogeneous Datasource is one of the main problems in the OA system development.
