It is in this context, in order to reduce staff training costs? to improve the learning performance of employees, China Life Insurance Co., Ltd build the online learning system——China Life E learning project.In this paper, on the basis of a lot of access to domestic and international e-learning literature and technical documentation, and the actual participants in the development of the project, the paper analyzes China Life management features and the staff training process, sums up a completed user needs. On this basis, design function module and the core function of e-learning——LMS in details, gives technical solutions, and part of the code. China Life E learning projects based on the SCORM standard.I participated in the design and development of the Learning Management System (LMS) platform. Including the importing of the courseware, how to start a courseware, learning tracking. This paper will conduct a complete and detailed presentation of the project development process.China Life E school system has been running on the line, raising the company’s personnel training techniques to a new level.
