The speedy development of telecommunication techniques and telecommunication equipment requires a broad application of the computer network techniques. The computer network becomes necessary in modern daily work and life. Routers, switches and other telecommunication equipment are widely used, as network core equipment, in the network. As the internet are more and more used and it becomes more and more important in our life, the performance, functionality, security, and stability of the telecommunication equipment become more and more important. Test of the telecommunication equipment and then analyzing and mining these testing data enables well understanding to the equipment performance, stability and gives out objective conclusion to the quality of the equipment. Hence, test of the telecommunication equipment is not only important but also necessary.Through the study to testing processes of the current network communication equipment, the establishment method, maintenance processes, data generated by these processes, and the methods the current data management system are used to input and inquire data, many problems are identified. The problems include data is not inputting with a unified data format and how to effectively store and manage large volume data. Based on the current information technology, the paper raises solutions to the unified data import of the testing data, data processing sub-module integration, dynamic modeling of the data center, data storage management, and traceability of data generation processes. The project uses back end modular management and WEB human and machine interaction architecture, uses XML, SOAP, storage techniques, MDA (Module Driven Architecture) techniques and fulfills the system scalability, generality, and extendibility. More works on testing and analyzing functionality of the current management system and categorizing function modules again help to reach the final system design goals.The implementation of this project enhances the current data management system at a large scale. Meanwhile, it establishes a bridge between the operation maintenance staff and the data analysis staff, improves operation maintenance staffs understanding to the system processes, decreases the time cost of finding and solving problems and maintenance cost, ensures a better testing data sharing and a more effective data management.
